Ilene is originally from New Jersey and has been living in Florida for the past 6 years, after coming here via New York City and Boston. She received a BFA in graphic design from Tyler School of Art, Temple U. and studied fine art in Rome.

Ilene is a designer and muralist and has created works of art in homes from Boston to Miami. Although most of her career has been in marketing and development, Ilene has recently started painting again and has been in several shows in south Florida. "My work is a combination of the many disciplines I have studied...graphic design, printmaking, decorative arts, photography and painting. It is both nostalgic and mystical and explores time and space."
