Gisela completed her studies in graphics and was rewarded with a Fine Art Scholarship to the famous "Niedersaechsiche Akademie der Kuenste", part of the Brunswick University, Germany. She and her husband, Dr. Howald Pferdekaemper, established White Fenses, the Hannover Horse Farm. Here she organized the Palm Beach Dressage Derby. In '08 it celebrated 25 years.

Gisela had noted success in placing her paintings not only in the U.S.A., but in Europe as well.
